All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and will be inspected prior to a refund being issued therefore please allow a minimum of 2 working days for a refund to be processed. The postage on goods returned will not be refunded if the customer is at fault in ordering the goods incorrectly and a further restocking charge of 15% will be levied unless otherwise specified at the time of the request for a return.
Faulty items will be replaced where possible, in the event of no stock available, a full refund or credit note will be provided on return and inspection of the item.
Please note all items are subject to our security markings and all returns will be checked for these prior to a refund being processed. If our security markings cannot be found or have been tampered with, refunds will not be authorised.
Return postage is at the cost of the buyer unless otherwise agreed at the time of the request for a return. All items must be returned using a tracked service and insured to their sale value.
