Returns are accepted within 30 days provided contact has been made first, please call us on 01527 758750 or email us on to arrange a return request.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and will be inspected prior to a refund being issued therefore please allow a minimum of 3 working days for a refund to be processed. The postage on goods returned will not be refunded if the customer is at fault in ordering the goods incorrectly and a further restocking charge of 15% will be levied unless otherwise specified at the time of the request for a return.

Faulty items will be replaced where possible, in the event of no stock available, a full refund or credit note will be provided on return and inspection of the item.

Please note all items are subject to our security markings and all returns will be checked for these prior to a refund being processed. If our security markings cannot be found or have been tampered with, refunds will not be authorised.

Return postage is at the cost of the buyer unless otherwise agreed at the time of the request for a return. All items must be returned using a tracked service and insured to their sale value.

We supply factory and dealer surplus stock and as such we are not privy to the standard Manufacturer Warranty provided by main dealer.

However faulty products that are reported within our Returns window of 30 days will be replaced where possible or refunded. Products that fall outside of this period will be assessed on an individual basis within the first 6 months following purchase and where possible we will refunded or replaced based on the individual circumstance.


You have the right to cancel any transaction prior to dispatch of your items and an immediate refund will be issued via method of initial payment.

Purchases made before 12pm will be shipped same day unless we notify you otherwise. If your items have been dispatched you will need to use our RETURNS policy on receipt of the item/s.

In line with recent changes to Paypal policies, items being returned due to incorrect/changed mind purchases by the buyer will still be accepted and refunded but will incur charges amounting to the non refunded fees applied by Paypal.


Our £5.95 Royal Mail delivery option is a Second Class service and will take approx 2-3 working days from dispatch within the UK and and between 5 to 10 days for International services.

Our Courier shipping options will usually be a 1 day delivery service for UK shipments and approx 3-5 working days for International options. For larger items, delivery times may differ however this will only be a maximum of a 48-72 hour service and this will be communicated on receipt of order.

Our postage costs cover cost of shipping & packaging.

Please note we recycle packaging on a regular basis and this helps us to keep our shipping costs down to a minimum.
