Although we endeavour to keep all prices up to date, JLR Parts (UK) Ltd reserves the right to change the quoted price at any moment. This may happen due to an unforeseen price increase and/or due to other external influences. We are under no statutory obligation to sell goods at the quoted price. All prices quoted are including UK VAT. Any goods shipped outside of the UK, will show prices minus UK VAT at checkout but will be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country and it is the customer’s responsibility to settle these fees. Please note that the customer will be liable for any charges incurred for goods being returned because of refusal to pay these charges.

JLR Parts (UK) Ltd is proud of it’s wide range of products available and if the part is showing in stock on our website then in most cases this stock is available for immediate shipping. It is sometimes the case that certain parts cannot be located and/or may have been sold on another platform and therefore a short delay is inevitable whilst the item is located. Please note, if for any reason we are unable to locate an item then we will call or email you directly. More details on our delivery services can be found on our delivery policy page.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and all online transactions are operated through Lloyds Cardnet Internet Payment Gateway and is fully secure. We can also arrange direct bank transfers or Cash on Collection.

Customers are free to return any unused goods in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of dispatch. Please see our Returns page for full details on our Refund policy.

We undertake every effort to display as much accurate information about our products as possible. In some cases a product may carry an older part number and we advertise the most up to date retail part number. If you are unsure please call one of our sales advisors. All parts numbers are for reference use only and we advise that customers check with ourselves prior to purchase that the product they are purchasing is the correct item for their vehicle. We are able to provide you with this confirmation on provision of your original registration number or preferably Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

We supply factory and dealer surplus stock and as such we are not privy to the standard Manufacturer Warranty provided by main dealer.
However faulty products that are reported within our Returns window of 30 days will be replaced where possible or refunded. Products that fall outside of this period will be assessed on an individual basis within the first 6 months following purchase and where possible we will refunded or replaced based on the individual circumstance.

You have the right to cancel any transaction prior to dispatch of your items and an immediate refund will be issued via method of initial payment.
Purchases made before 12pm will endeavour to be shipped same day unless we notify you otherwise. If your items have been dispatched you will need to use our RETURNS policy on receipt of the item/s.


Our £5.95 standard delivery option is a 48 hour service and will take approx 2-3 working days from dispatch within the UK and and between 5 to 10 days for International services.

Our Courier shipping options will usually be a 1 day delivery service for UK shipments and approx 3-5 working days for International options. For larger items, delivery times may differ however this will only be a maximum of a 48-72 hour service and this will be communicated on receipt of order.

Our postage costs cover cost of shipping & packaging.

Please note we recycle packaging on a regular basis and this helps us to keep our shipping costs down to a minimum.
